If you disconnected the battery terminals for any reason you need to enter the 4 digit 'key code' to Ford CD 6000 Radio to make it operational. If you lost or don't remember, this video shows where to find it. I have another video posted showing how to enter the key code for the interested people.

As an additional information, the 'key code' for the radio might be provided with the user manual as a sticker on it or miht be provided as printed on a card, so it is also a good idea to check documents came with the car to find the key code.
